Remove empty rows from table

Hello guys,

I am newbie at using JasperReports/iReport and i am facing a problem to inhibit empty lines in a table element.

I am currently using jasper with Java Beans and not in query style. My current version of iReport is 3.7.6.

My report fills up a questionary and for each question is possible to add an observation, but these are shown up only at the end of the report.

When the answer for the question does not have data in the observation field , i am making the number of the question present null data and i am defining the texts in the column with the options "Remove line when blank" and "Blank when null". I also have included in the table component the option to "Remove line when blank" but it does not make any difference.

The table where i am facing the problem is in detail band 3.

I don't know if the problem is related to the evaluation time to remove the row anything related.
