<description><![CDATA[<p>I had the same problem with this.</p>
<p>The core problem for me was down to running Jaspersoft from the incorrect executable.</p>
<p>I was using JETL-win32-wpf.exe as opposed to JETL-win32-x86.exe</p>
<p>On using the correct executable, the Check Box was available and working fine.</p>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;I suggest taking the Database Administration Certificate program through O`Reilly's certificate program (<a href="http://www.oreillyschool.com/certificates/"><a href="http://www.oreillyschool.com/certificates/" target="_blank">http://www.oreillyschool.com/certificates/</a></a>) since it provides all the fundamentals with implementing OLAP using JapserETL. If that not an option or in the budget, I can set it up for you for a small fee.</p>

<description><![CDATA[<p>Ok, I already fixed that. I went to the Job tab -> Extra subtab and clicked the "Multi thread execution" check box. What's more, I discovered how to set this option at job creation, from now on, by clicking the checkbox at Windows -> Preferences -> Talend.</p>
